Grilling Pantry

The Grillers Pantry.

What you need to for your pantry for grilling

Every grilling chief needs an arsenal of recipes for marinades, condiments, sauses, rubs and compound butters -- concoctions that elevate humble steaks, grilled chicken, pork chops, and hamburger into something more sublime. Here we share our list of items for your grilling pantry.

One thing you might want to consider. Sometimes the 'fridge can be a little cluttered with all your grilling essentials. There might be a little better solution if you have some extra room. One of those nice little refrigerators that work well in a dorm room or office might do the trick to segregate your fine grilling marinades from the common everyday food in the big 'fridge.

Here's the list:

  • LIQUIDS: (sort of)
    • Bottled barbecue sauce:
    • Bottled marinades, Dressings, and other basting and finishing sauces:

  • CHUTNEY:
    • Chutneys: Chutney is similar in consistency to jelly, salsa or relish, and is used as a sweet and sour condiment.
